Our background is in brewing, so we knew from the start that roasting coffee was no less of a challenge. With this in mind, we have teamed up with Mani Keleher to take care of our sourcing, roasting, training and QC. He’s also Head of Operations at our green coffee partner Tatama Coffee, and co-founder of  Manchester Coffee Archive.
